Healthy peanut butter cookies


Ever really craved cookies but not overeaten them because they were filled with butter, maida and sugar. After spending years eating really unhealthy cookies I came across an alternative. Easy to make cookies which are super healthy

Ingredients-

  • 1/2 cup of peanut butter

  • 1/2 cup of rolled oat

  • 1 egg yolk

  • 2-3 tablespoons of raw cane sugar or organic jaggery

  • 3 tablespoons of unsweetened or regular dark chocolate chips

Method-

  • 1/2 a cup of rolled oats can be made into oat flour by pulsing it in a blender

  • Mix all the ingredients and divide into 10 of a prepared baking sheet for 10-12 minutes at 350*F

These delicious guilt-free cookies are perfect to have as dessert or with a cup of coffee.
