Chia pudding recipe (Vegan/ refined sugar free)

Chia seeds are an ancient superfood that have gained popularity in recent times, they are packed with calcium, omega 3, Iron and Zinc. They are not only good for your skin but can also help with your digestion and keeping you full super long as they are packed with dietary fibre and protein. Chia seeds can be added to smoothies, salads and oats but I feel like the best way to eat them is in the form of a pudding!! It can be enjoyed as a light breakfast, snack or dessert!

You will need-

  • A glass jar

  • 100ml of plant milk (I recommend oat milk)

  • 20-30ml of water

  • 2.5 tbsps of chia seeds

  • 1 tsp of date syrup / honey / maple syrup

  • 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract

  • 5-6 Nuts of your choice (pistachios/ almonds go well) and a spoon of any nut butter

  • Any fruit of your choice - ( I recommend pomegranate seeds or blueberry )

  • Goji berries & coconut flakes (optional)

-Add the plank milk, water, chia seeds, date syrup, vanilla extract into a glass jar with a lid and shake until blended.

-Leave overnight or for 3 hours in the refrigerator.

-Add the toppings and enjoy!! 🥰
