Chia pudding recipe (Vegan/ refined sugar free)
Chia seeds are an ancient superfood that have gained popularity in recent times, they are packed with calcium, omega 3, Iron and Zinc. They are not only good for your skin but can also help with your digestion and keeping you full super long as they are packed with dietary fibre and protein. Chia seeds can be added to smoothies, salads and oats but I feel like the best way to eat them is in the form of a pudding!! It can be enjoyed as a light breakfast, snack or dessert!
